We welcome you to stay here in Kalasin for one week, and meet 5 ladies of your choice. We assist you on dates, and give you advice if/when you need. For this service we charge €880, not included hotel. Hotel and breakfast cost about €20 pr. nigth, and you can stay longer to spend time with the lady you choose.
Marriage, and protecting your investments in Thaialnd when marriaged.
We also offer a package to assit you thru all problems when you have chosen your lady, and wan't to marry her.
We help you, and act as your representative to the ladies family. There are many customs here, and familyties are strong, and sometimes it is best for you not to involve in negotiations about compensation for the ladies family. This may sound strange, but gifts and money to close relatives are very common.
The family are very eager to protect the lady from being abandoned without any money to keep herself and children alive, and the family is only help she have. So they care. Thai men are known to just leave their family without any support.
Also, if you wish to build house, or buy a car, we can help you keep control over your investments. Foreigners can not own land, but can lease for 99 years, with righs pretty much same as ownership. A prenop, together with leasing can protect you from ladies having other motives than love. If motives are getting control over property, we will find out. When land is registered in the ladies name, it can be uset as security for loans without your knowledge. And it can be other family members behind. Ladies have big problems saying no if a brither or uncle who have suppoted her put pressure on here.
We charge €880 for a two 2 year service. The fee only include our time used in our office. Other cost related to what we do, will be charged separatelly.
